Advertising privacy

Google AdSense supports selected public content on AITN and the signed-in Games directory. The AgriHubTT banner is a separate promotion for a connected AIT service. Google ad availability depends on site approval and advertiser demand.

What Google may receive

When an eligible advertising space loads, your browser contacts Google and its advertising partners. They may receive your IP address, browser and device information, the page address, and information about ads displayed or interacted with. Google and its partners may use cookies, local storage or similar identifiers for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and, where permitted and consented to, personalization. Advertising cookies may be used to show ads based on your previous visits to this or other websites.

Our ad integration does not send your AIT account name, email address, private messages, résumé, payment details or game scores as advertising parameters. Ordinary web requests still reveal technical information such as your IP address. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google’s advertising technologies.

Your choices

Where applicable, Google’s consent message lets you consent, decline consent or manage individual options. You can reopen available consent choices using Privacy & cookie settings beside the advertising space. Choices can differ by region. Declining personalization does not necessarily remove all advertising; limited ads may still be shown where permitted.

You can also manage personalization in Google My Ad Center and control cookies through your browser. Clearing cookies may remove saved choices and cause a consent message to appear again. An ad blocker may prevent Google’s message and ads from loading.

Where ads appear

AITN uses designated news, public Journal listing and published article spaces. Members with the active AITN ad-free benefit do not load these ad units. Games uses a separate space below its directory content; game boards, tables, chatrooms, sign-in and profile pages do not contain these display units. There are no automatic ad refreshes or rewards for clicking advertisements.
